You can pay for your chosen tour or excursion on our website using VISA and MasterCard cards (any bank).

How to pay for an order from a card to a current account:

If you want to pay for our services directly from the card to a current account, then you need:

  1. Go to our site in the "Payment" section.

  2. In the window that opens for payment, specify the details of your bank card.

  3. To make a payment, enter the code that will come to your phone in an SMS message.

  4. Confirm SMS payment.

  5. After paying for the tour product, receive a cashier's check (electronic document confirming the purchase of the tour). 

Refund Terms

Sometimes the ordered excursion has to be canceled for one reason or another. In this case, you will need to contact our manager and warn about the cancellation.

It is also worth doing if you want to change the date of the planned excursion after it has been paid.

Personal messages and telephone conversations with the manager will need to be supported by written confirmation.

The return procedure is governed by federal law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".

  1. All returns are made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the written application.

  2. The date of receipt of the written application is considered the date of cancellation of the planned excursion.

  3. In case of cancellation of the trip less than 3 days before the date of the planned excursion, the travel agency has the right to withhold the actual expenses incurred in the amount of up to 50% of the cost of the planned tour.

  4. If the client applies for a refund at least 3 days before the start of the planned excursion, then we will return the cost of tickets in the amount of 100%.

  5. In case of client’s non-appearance to the place of the start of the excursion tour, the funds will not be returned, since non-appearance is considered a unilateral refusal of the tour.

  6. If the travel agency makes significant changes to the tour program without agreement with the client or refuses to perform the tour service, it is obliged to return to the client the full cost of the services paid but not received.

  7. When paying by bank cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.
